Creamed Tuna 和 Vegetables

A few ingredients in one pot are all that’s needed to get this meal on the table in 30 minutes or less.

  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, such as peas, carrots, baby corn, 和 snow peas or peas 和 carrots
  • 1 10-ounce can unsalted or low-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup bottled or canned no-salt-added sliced or pieces 和 stems mushrooms, drained
