Beefy Sweet Potato Mash-Up

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Ground Beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 1/2-inch crumbles 和 搅拌几下. 去除油汁. Stir in 1/4 cup water 和 2 teaspoons taco seasoning; cook 3 minutes. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
